I think that structures of power/oppression are naturally emergent and horizontal power structure is hard to perceive. Also it's nowhere to be found when looking at nature: animals, plants and things..
On the other hand, the bread manifesto thing was pretty cool. we should not naturally accept the super perverse fucked up state of the world though, when you have dick in your throat and hand in your pocket it is annoying as fuck
