Are those headphones better than the ones you are going to get? No idea, I just know of a friggin cheap option that has clarity and a fair and flat EQ if price is an issue.

Make sure to get the Studio Reference ones. I've used these my entire mixing career. The EQ is flat and the sound is amazingly clear. Yeah they're ugly as shit and they can hurt your ears at first when wearing them for extended periods of time (like 8 hours), really like other headphones. If prices are an issue, that is the direction I recommend going in. $60ish bucks for that quality is fantastic.
