The main reason why I originally did include VSL Big Bang Orchestra in the list despite it's iLok requirement is that it can be licensed to the local machine as an alternative. Since BBO seems like it's going to be free-forever, anyone who loses the license locally can just grab another one with a different email address and carry on using it once re-licensed locally. I've actually ditched using a physical iLok at this point and all I do with my existing licenses is leave them up in the cloud and only pull down licenses locally when I 100% need to use them.
Abit of a silly system having protections on a free product, but it can be worked around at least haha
